Modernest WeHo

Just south of downtown Nashville, the WeHo mixed use development is located in a rapidly developing area of commercial and residential buildings. Maximizing the site, the building wraps in a continuous band creating an enclosed courtyard. The project features sawtooth balconies along the north, east and south facades, creating playful and functional architectural elements. The building includes a fitness room, clubhouse, rooftop lounge and a courtyard to optimize interactions between residents. The combination of high design and comfortable living spaces creates a welcoming addition to the neighborhood.
